May Hill Green- This is an exquisitely soft runny cheese from the south west of England. It is made from pasteurized cows milk and has a coating of stinging nettle which gives it a peppery taste, followed by a clean and refreshing aftertaste.

 

Aveton- This cheese is made from unpasteurized goats milk sourced from Staffordshire. It is a hard cheese which is light in flavour but nutty with a sweet aftertaste.

 

Exmoor Blue- The natural grey rind of this cheese covers a soft yellow heart and a tangy blue vein which is an excellent contrast with the buttery-creamy paste. Made from unpasteurized jersey milk.

 

Morbier AOC- This French cheese is made from unpasteurized cows milk, is semi-soft and has a distinguishable black line of vegetable charcoal running through the centre.
